Clarity, rigour and independent judgement.

Greenvision Consulting is an independent advisory firm dedicated to green hydrogen and its derivatives, with a strong focus on electrolysis technologies and project economics. The people you meet are the people who do the work.

What we wanted to create

Technical depth, built into how we advise.

Most hydrogen advisory work stops at the market: sizing, positioning, go-to-market. We wanted to bring services that go just as deep on the technology, understanding electrolyzer performance, degradation and system integration well enough to challenge a vendor’s claims rather than simply relay them. In practice, market and technology can’t be treated separately: a competitive analysis that ignores technical feasibility, or a technical review that ignores cost, both miss the point.

That combination is what lets us be operational quickly, with a strong anchor on competitiveness (cost, LCOH, contractual terms) in every assignment. It also reflects where we built our careers, in product and sales leadership roles at industrial companies, learning to listen to the client and move from a product-push logic to a genuinely client-driven one.

Our positioning

We operate at the intersection of hydrogen markets and technologies, project development and strategic decision-making.

What we bring

  • Deep technical expertise in electrolysis and hydrogen systems
  • Hands-on experience on industrial and multi-megawatt projects
  • A working understanding of project economics and risk allocation
  • Clear governance on confidentiality and conflicts of interest

How we work

  • Senior-only delivery, no pyramid staffing
  • Short, focused assignments with explicit deliverables
  • Written positions you can put in front of a board or a lender
  • Working globally, based in Marseille, France

Confidentiality & governance

Our internal Code of Conduct defines clear rules on information handling, client confidentiality and potential conflicts of interest.

This framework lets us work with technology providers and OEMs while keeping independent judgement and decision integrity.
